According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Professional and Business Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2012:

  1. California: 22,300
  2. New York: 17,700
  3. Illinois: 13,000

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Professional and Business Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2012:

  1. Michigan: -7,300
  2. Louisiana: -1,400
  3. Mississippi: -600
