According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Service-Providing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2022:
- New York: 61,700
- California: 57,100
- New Jersey: 36,800
On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Service-Providing industry (not seasonally adjusted) in May, 2022:
- Arizona: -10,300
- Florida: -3,300
- District of Columbia: -1,100
