According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the State Government Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2004:

  1. Texas: 3,900
  2. Georgia: 3,100
  3. Arkansas: 2,900

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the State Government Educational Services industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2004:
