According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Trade, Transportation, and Utilities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2019:
- New York: 4,200
- Minnesota: 4,100
- Illinois: 3,500
On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Trade, Transportation, and Utilities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2019:
- Florida: -5,000
- New Jersey: -2,600
- California: -1,700
