According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Transportation, Warehousing, and Utilities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2003:

  1. North Carolina: 700
  2. Nebraska: 400
  3. South Carolina: 300

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Transportation, Warehousing, and Utilities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in February, 2003:

  1. Illinois: -1,900
