According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Transportation, Warehousing, and Utilities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2004:

  1. California: 3,500
  2. Washington: 2,400
  3. New York: 1,700

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Transportation, Warehousing, and Utilities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in June, 2004:
