According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Utilities industry (not seasonally adjusted) in July, 2010:

  1. Georgia: 400
  2. California: 300
  3. Maryland: 200

  1. Ohio: -300
  2. Indiana: -200
  3. Oklahoma: -100
