According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2002:

  1. North Carolina: 1,700
  2. Michigan: 1,500
  3. Iowa: 1,400

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in April, 2002:

  1. Florida: -2,200
  2. Texas: -1,700
  3. Arizona: -1,500
