  1. North Carolina: 2,600
  2. California: 2,200
  3. Michigan: 2,000

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest not seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry in April, 2006 were:

  1. Kansas: -900
  2. Arizona: -300
  3. Washington: -200
