According to data from the US BLS, the following US states added the highest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2007:

  1. Louisiana: 400
  2. Mississippi: 400
  3. Alaska: 100

On the other hand, the following states added the lowest number of jobs to the Wholesale Trade industry (not seasonally adjusted) in August, 2007:

  1. Indiana: -1,200
  2. Ohio: -1,000
  3. New York: -1,000
