According to recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the 3 U.S. states that added the highest seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Construction industry in March, 2006 were:

  1. Texas: 6,100
  2. Florida: 3,900
  3. North Carolina: 2,000

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Construction industry in March, 2006 were:

  1. California: -9,800
  2. Arkansas: -1,800
  3. Michigan: -1,300
