- Wisconsin: 2,500
- Georgia: 1,800
On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Government industry in December, 2013 were:
- New York: -3,200
- Texas: -2,900
- Maryland: -2,300
