According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, New Jersey added -10,093 number of private business establishments in all industries. Among all New Jersey counties, Salem added the highest number of private business establishments (-53), followed by Cumberland (-104), and Sussex (-119).
