According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, Maryland added -66 number of private business establishments in the goods-producing industry. Among all Maryland counties, Frederick added the highest number of private business establishments (12), followed by Allegany (6), and Anne Arundel (4).
