According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, North Carolina added 374 number of private business establishments in the goods-producing industry. Among all North Carolina counties, Mecklenburg added the highest number of private business establishments (36), followed by Buncombe (27), and Wake (27).
