According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, West Virginia added 654 number of private business establishments in the service-providing industry. Among all West Virginia counties, Kanawha added the highest number of private business establishments (39), followed by Berkeley (27), and Jefferson (21).
