According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, Massachusetts added 1,351 total number of business establishments in all industries. Among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk added the highest total number of business establishments (339), followed by Middlesex (289), and Essex (228).
