According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2023 Q2, Massachusetts added 2,449 total number of business establishments in all industries. Among all Massachusetts counties, Middlesex added the highest total number of business establishments (353), followed by Essex (273), and Worcester (235).
