United States Payroll Employment By State for All Federal Government Business Establishments in September, 2019

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Hawaii added the highest number of jobs to all federal government business establishments (204), followed by Michigan (152), and Arizona (145).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-1,219), followed by Virginia (-1,105), and California (-482).
