According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Maine added the highest number of jobs to the federal government manufacturing industry (44), followed by Illinois (33), and Virginia (14).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-6), followed by Missouri (-1), and Hawaii (-1).
