According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Alaska added 14,182 number of jobs to the federal government service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (98), followed by Matanuska-Susitna (21), and Southeast Fairbanks (9).
