According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Alaska added 245 number of jobs to the federal government service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (140), followed by Fairbanks North Star (75), and Kenai Peninsula (19).
