According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the federal government service-providing industry (539), followed by West Virginia (112), and Kentucky (108).

On the other hand, Florida added the least number of jobs (-954), followed by Washington (-711), and Colorado (-687).
