According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the federal government service-providing industry (820), followed by Texas (473), and New York (427).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-284), followed by Mississippi (-253), and Georgia (-213).
