According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the federal government trade, transportation, and utilities industry (448), followed by California (290), and Ohio (279).

On the other hand, Massachusetts added the least number of jobs (-54), followed by Michigan (-45), and Alaska (-26).
