According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the federal government trade, transportation, and utilities industry (922), followed by Florida (861), and Ohio (311).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-979), followed by New Jersey (-467), and Illinois (-363).
