According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the federal government finance and insurance industry (4), followed by Maryland (3), and South Carolina (3).

On the other hand, Minnesota added the least number of jobs (-14), followed by Texas (-12), and California (-7).
