According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2023, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the federal government finance and insurance industry (4), followed by North Dakota (4), and Washington (4).

On the other hand, Missouri added the least number of jobs (-13), followed by Illinois (-13), and Indiana (-9).
