According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the federal government elementary and secondary schools industry (22), followed by Kentucky (17), and Virginia (11).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-9), followed by Alabama (-3), and Washington (0).
