According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Kansas added the highest number of jobs to the federal government colleges and universities industry (3), followed by Alabama (1), and Georgia (1).

On the other hand, Colorado added the least number of jobs (-25), followed by New York (-11), and Maryland (-7).
