According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, New Hampshire added the highest number of jobs to the federal government health care and social assistance industry (-4), followed by Hawaii (-14), and New Mexico (-17).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-502), followed by New York (-466), and Florida (-460).
