According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the federal government general medical and surgical hospitals industry (73), followed by Washington (70), and Virginia (62).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-32), followed by Connecticut (-24), and North Dakota (-17).
