According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Washington added the highest number of jobs to the federal government social assistance industry (19), followed by South Carolina (18), and Nebraska (9).

On the other hand, Alaska added the least number of jobs (-22), followed by Oklahoma (-18), and Kansas (-14).
