According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Hawaii added the highest number of jobs to the federal government arts, entertainment, and recreation industry (26), followed by Connecticut (7), and West Virginia (7).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-266), followed by California (-74), and Texas (-66).
