According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2019, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the federal government food services and drinking places industry (8), followed by California (7), and Georgia (5).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-22), followed by New Jersey (-7), and Arizona (-7).
