According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2020, New York added the highest number of jobs to the federal government food services and drinking places industry (3), followed by Colorado (2), and Louisiana (2).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-244), followed by Maryland (-18), and Illinois (-8).
