According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, Missouri added the highest number of jobs to the federal government public administration industry (169), followed by Utah (132), and Alaska (111).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-772), followed by Texas (-519), and New York (-440).
