According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the federal government public administration industry (1,967), followed by Texas (1,894), and New York (600).

On the other hand, Arizona added the least number of jobs (-429), followed by Colorado (-183), and Idaho (-70).
