According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2021, Utah added the highest number of jobs to the federal government public administration industry (188), followed by Maryland (88), and Washington (84).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-851), followed by Texas (-230), and Georgia (-212).
