United States Payroll Employment By State for The Federal Government Public Administration Industry in January, 2021

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the federal government public administration industry (1,210), followed by South Carolina (-14), and Delaware (-19).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-1,051), followed by Texas (-772), and Florida (-666).
