According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, California added the highest number of jobs to the federal government public administration industry (1,672), followed by Texas (934), and Maryland (915).

On the other hand, Delaware added the least number of jobs (10), followed by Iowa (15), and Vermont (29).
