According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2020, Alaska added 7,566 number of jobs to all local government business establishments. Among Alaska counties, Matanuska-Susitna added the highest number of jobs (1,876), followed by Bethel (390), and Kenai Peninsula (292).
