According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Louisiana added 3,077 number of jobs to all local government business establishments. Among Louisiana counties, Orleans added the highest number of jobs (1,938), followed by Beauregard (346), and St. Charles (244).
