United States Payroll Employment By State for All Local Government Business Establishments in January, 2020

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to all local government business establishments (17,683), followed by Delaware (84), and Hawaii (25).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-23,025), followed by Texas (-17,972), and Illinois (-9,345).
