According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to all local government business establishments (3,653), followed by Minnesota (3,104), and New Hampshire (1,346).
On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-29,242), followed by Ohio (-7,865), and Pennsylvania (-2,764).
