According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to all local government business establishments (14,864), followed by Illinois (6,476), and Washington (4,476).
On the other hand, Louisiana added the least number of jobs (-857), followed by Wisconsin (-591), and North Dakota (-121).
