According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Louisiana added 74 number of jobs to the local government goods-producing industry. Among Louisiana counties, East Baton Rouge added the highest number of jobs (16), followed by St. Mary (9), and Jefferson (8).
