According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Kansas added the highest number of jobs to the local government goods-producing industry (13), followed by Iowa (11), and New Mexico (7).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-299), followed by Massachusetts (-215), and Michigan (-200).
