According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2019, Alaska added -7,201 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, North Slope added the highest number of jobs (51), followed by Yakutat (-5), and Prince of Wales-Hyder (-7).
