According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2021, Alaska added 532 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Matanuska-Susitna added the highest number of jobs (75), followed by Nome (59), and Fairbanks North Star (49).
